Cheap n Easy Baked Chicken

So, we are building a house and I am always looking for inexpensive meals to feed my hungry family. This is a simple reciple from my mom, a mother of 8 children who always meal planned on a budget! All you need are chicken thighs and Bakin' Miracle!

Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.

1) Remove skin from chicken thighs

2) Pour Bakin' Miracle (found at local grocery store by bread crumbs and shake n bake)in a container with a lid or in a zip lock baggie

3) One thigh at a time, place in bag or container, seal tight and shake until evenly coated.

4) Place thighs in glass baking dish.  Mom said to keep them close together or else they dry out.

5) Bake at 350 fot 40 minutes, take out flip over, then bake an additional 40 minutes or until juices run clear.

Easy Peasy - - -  serve up with some mashed taters, gravy and corn then ENJOY :)
